We’re excited to welcome Jodie Bainbridge to the National Hire Solutions team as our new Internal Sales Manager! Jodie brings two years of experience in the Hire industry from the North East of England, and she is eager to ensure that our customers receive a first-class experience.

Jodie’s career has spanned high-profile, fast-paced sectors such as Travel and the Ambulance Service. These roles have equipped her with the skills to navigate challenging situations and prioritize customer needs effectively. Her commitment to excellent service aligns perfectly with our mission at National Hire Solutions.
Working remotely allows Jodie to maintain a healthy work-life balance, a value shared by our Managing Director, Lee Rigby. Lee understands the challenges of balancing family life with running a successful business. He shared, “It’s not easy juggling family while trying to manage a thriving business. That’s why I wanted to bring someone on board who could support me, and in turn, I could support them. Jodie fit the bill perfectly. Her drive and determination to succeed in today’s challenging environment made it clear to me that she would be a valuable addition to our team.”
From Day One: Jodie Bainbridge Makes Her Mark
From her very first day, Jodie was proactive, introducing herself to clients and our supply chain—a feat I honestly didn’t expect until at least week two! Her enthusiasm and dedication to building relationships are already making waves. We catch up 2-3 times a day via Teams, sharing good news, brainstorming great ideas, and making decisions through WhatsApp. If we manage to find a spare moment, we even enjoy a good old-fashioned phone call to discuss our progress.
Jodie’s energy and commitment to her role are contagious. Her approach not only enhances our internal communication but also strengthens our connection with clients. She is already playing a key role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience when working with National Hire Solutions.
